Czech Value Fund (CZ): assisting the successor of Czech Value Fund and affiliated companies in large scale litigation which protected their investments in Trend, a Czech investment fund, and Kotva, a Czech company owning a famous department store in Prague city centre (the value of the dispute was several hundred million Czech crowns).
Peugeot Slovakia (SK): representing Peugeot Slovakia (a member of the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group) a distribution company of a world renowned car producer, in litigation against its Slovak distributors.
Karsit, s.r.o.
