Receptionist/ Legal Assistance

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support at the reception- telephone communications, welcoming clients, organizing events, etc; 
  • Legal assistance to the attorneys and lawyers of the law firm
  • Organizes the electronic correspondence
  • Other technical and administrative work
Requirements:
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • French or another foreign language will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in an international environment
