PETERKA & PARTNERS becomes the first foreign law firm registered in Bulgaria
PETERKA & PARTNERS is delighted to announce that it is the first foreign law firm registered in Bulgaria as a law firm under Bulgarian Bar Act. The process of registering PETERKA & PARTNERS’ practice in Bulgaria ran parallel to discussions carried out for more than a year between local and European authorities regarding the form for provision of services by the foreign law firms in the country. “We are glad that we have succeeded in achieving the registration in full compliance with Bulgarian Bar regulations.
